Business Analyst

For one of our clients, We are looking for an experienced, solid, and pragmatic Business Analyst who would like to work in a challenging and international environment to enable the bank to provide relevant financial
services to our clients.

You and your job:
You will be a part of the Tribe External Reporting, in the Area W&R/Treasury. The Area W&R/Treasury contributes to Statistical, Prudential, Financial, Sustainability, and Transparency information (reports and datasets) for the Wholesale & Rural business Globally. You will collaborate closely with the other Business Analysts in the Area.

As a Business Analyst, you ensure we contribute to the future way of reporting, and align within the reporting chain for strategic and structural solutions and choices and/or temporary tactical solutions and choices. In your day-to-day work, you will translate the reporting requirements from our new reporting system to data requirements and align with other colleagues, IT specialists, and departments to set up the required data flows.

• 40 hours per week;

Top 3 responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you can make a difference:
• You are responsible for translating reporting requirements to data attributes requirements, including reporting rules;
• You work closely together with the IT specialists to translate the requirements to SQL to structure the data to reporting requirements;
• You work together with your squad members towards timely, complete, and accurate delivery of a structured setup to produce external reports applying the Agile way of working.

Required knowledge and experience:
• Educated at University level/Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• You are an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of external reporting, with at least 5 years of proven experience;
• You have a good track record in change management;
• You are good at perceiving needs and formulating structured and/or pragmatic follow-up actions;
• You are familiar with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and solid development practices;
• You have excellent communication skills and are a team player;
• You master the English language. Speaking Dutch is an advantage.
