We are looking for a Product Owner for Microsoft 365.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Owner of Microsoft 365 (MS365) to join the LPO Workplace development team, which is part of the larger information management team. As the Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the roadmap for LPO’s MS365 products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The LPO Workplace team serves around 1000 internal and 100 external users.

The team is based in Arnhem (NL) and Hannover (DE). Most team members work largely from home. You are expected to be on location in Arnhem at least one day a week. The Information Management team is partly based in the Netherlands and partly in Germany.

Your contribution:

  • You make an active contribution to the development, and design of Modern Workplace department, project, and program environments;
  • You monitor the way of working, so this is incorporated into work processes and ensure that this leads to the desired result. You do this together with PMO's Document Management department and fellow Product Owners;
  • You collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements;
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and aligned with business goals;
  • Translate high-level product concepts into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes together with developers;
  • Lead sprint planning, and review meetings ensuring value is maximized in the delivery of features and updates;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, clarifying requirements and addressing any queries;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for product improvement;
  • Regularly communicate product progress, updates, and enhancements to internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Gather feedback from customers and end-users to continuously refine the product and enhance user experience.

You will directly report to:

  • Lead Information Management PMO - Large Projects Offshore.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least two years experience, preferably more, with (and/and):
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA;
  • Familiarity with MS365 software is highly desirable;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices to inform product decisions;
  • Proven track record of driving product success and delivering customer value.
