The FEC Remediation team is set up to ensure the adequate and timely realization of the FEC Remediation plans within the Global FEC domain. FEC Remediation, and in particular the PMO, challenges and steers on the plans and progress against the plans, and provides program and project management support.

The key objective of the Project Manager FEC Remediation PMO is to discuss the status and provide this challenge and steering about one or more of the areas of change; SIRA & RAS, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Enablers, to create senior management updates and to be a sparring partner for the responsible Global Head, the Head of FEC Remediation PMO and the Global Head FEC Remediation.

Making a difference

To the assigned area of change:

• Support the Head of FEC Remediation PMO by coordinating, managing, and creating progress updates and progress challenges, with a specific focus on steering reporting and process;
• Develop and maintain an ongoing review of the remediation status vs the plan and new insights;
• Challenge and support the risk-based prioritization of change activities;
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, members of the MT FEC, their program managers, and their charter and milestone owners.

We are looking for a Project Manager who coordinates, challenges, and supports the progress tracking and steering of the remediation plan on behalf of the Head of FEC Remediation PMO and the Global Head of FEC Remediation, and who collaborates with various line and project managers within a large, dynamic environment to achieve required improvements.

As a Project Manager FEC Remediation PMO, you are critical to take responsibility and drive issue resolution, you can steer indirectly toward a desired result, you actively seek collaboration and you make a difference for the community. In addition, you must recognize yourself in all of the below: Education/Work and attitude level:

Must haves:

• Education/Work and attitude level HBO or WO (university) with 3-5 years of experience;
• Experience in writing senior management reports;
• Experience with steering and challenging virtual project teams;
• Experience with internal and external stakeholders at senior management level;
• Knowledge of and experience in process management;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, in English and Dutch;
• A critical mindset with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
