You and your job:
You will become part of the Global Name Screening – Sanctions Detection team, which focuses on the development and implementation of a new worldwide Cloud-based solution. As a business analyst, your job is to ensure that the IT systems and models are being built and tested in line with the IT and model risk standards and procedures and that the design choices can be linked to the bank policies and procedures and are substantiated with clear and concise test results. You ensure that new epics and features are developed in line with your view and vision and that existing features are continuously monitored to ensure they operate within the system parameters. You drive the delivery of your features end 2 end.

Practical Examples:
• You are comfortable in eliciting requirements from different stakeholders using different techniques (workshops, interviews, demonstrations, etc);
• You can document clear requirements and acceptance criteria;
• You can diversify requirements from global stakeholders in nice to have and must have and protect the global standard;
• You refine the stories for the Squad that are aligned with the Product Owner’s objectives of the product and process;
• You can simplify solutions and processes and tell the story clearly to various international stakeholders;
• You work with colleagues from the Global FEC Tech and Compliance to ensure all solutions and processes are compliant with policies and standards and fit-for-purpose;
• Experience and affinity with data analysis, data mapping, and conceptualizing and creating solutions for data quality improvements;
• You give and ask for constructive feedback;
• A proactive, can-do, no surprises and positive mindset;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate your views to others.

Skills:
• Good grasp of enterprise architecture landscapes and how the solution would play its role in that environment;
• Pro-active;
• Critical thinking;
• Ability to structure and organize your work. Being able to handle a lot of projects at the same time;
• Functional writing and documentation skills.

You and your talent:
• Academic working and intellectual level
• A broad experience with the IT landscape in the financial sector. Preferably experienced in Compliance topics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• Proven experience in model design and principles.
• Practical experience with model testing methods and techniques.
• Relevant experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, SAFe in the ICT sector and financial services.
• You have a helicopter view: overseeing a wide domain and any consequences certain (design) decisions have
• On the other hand you are not afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’ and become involved in complex analysis and implementation questions
• Good communicator: the ability to talk to senior management, business experts as well as developers, and other team members
• Excellent writing skills; you can document your approach, test results, and conclusions with substantiating arguments and evidence so it can withstand compliance, audit, or other 3rd party scrutiny.
• You have a proactive mindset and you take ownership
• Fluent in the English language
