Within one of the largest Tribes of the group, with no fewer than 650 colleagues, you will get the opportunity to shape how the data scientist squad will be using the model factory platform by working with data scientists, architects, and engineers. As a Senior MLOps engineer, you will be working with the Model Factory team (platform team) as well as the Data Science team. You will translate the technical needs of the Data Science team to appropriate templates that fit within the generalized Model Factory platform. Moreover, you will consult the Model Factory team on best practices regarding MLOps and its implementation.

Leveraging data through advanced analytics to deliver data-driven tools to the stakeholders in the domestic business lending domain. The data science products facilitate evidence-based agile strategic and tactical decision-making for Tribe Business Lending.
In the past, the team worked on:

• Measuring client's sustainability level with natural language processing and web
  scraping algorithm.
• Shaping the new Road Map for the Retention Strategy with AI algorithms and
  recommendations for retention campaigns.
• Helping the portfolio’s management team to make the best strategic decisions based on
  a portfolio simulation tool or forecasting future portfolio inflow.
• Helping set acceptance strategy for new applications based on a simulation
  tool powered by AI evolution strategy algorithm

With your skills and responsibilities:

• IT Security & Compliance: Implement security concerns related to ML systems-based
on Rabobank standards that have been designed in close collaboration with the
Solution architect and IT teams.
• Templates: Create and manage reusable deployment templates for ML models.
• Support Deployments: Collaborate with data scientists during model deployment.
• Maintenance: Maintain ML models in production (i.e. retraining, monitoring health and
ensuring service availability)
• CI/CD Implementation & Orchestration: Implement continuous integration and
continuous deployment pipelines and streamlined deployment workflows.
• Responsible for batch, real-time, and GenAI model deployments.
• Tech Stack Alignment: Provide support in aligning the tech stack with architectural
requirements in collaboration with Solution architects and IT4IT engineers.

Technical  Qualifications:

• DBX & Databricks & Azure Tech Stack: Proficiency in these platforms and integrations.
• Architecture Affinity: Understanding of systems architecture.
• DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices.
• Security Affinity/Basics: Awareness of security best practices.
• Python: Ability to write and maintain Python code.
• Deployment Track Record: Demonstrated success in deploying ML models to
production environments, both real-time and batch-based.
Soft Skills:
• Independence and Proactiveness: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Communication skills: able to translate technical requirements without jargon
