Workday is their leading global HR solution and the basis of their digitalization roadmap. In 2019 the team implemented Workday in many countries.

You and your job:
As a Workday specialist, you make a difference. Main responsibilities:
• Support & maintain Workday: solving issues, executing several standard requests, performing data loads and impact assessments, configuring changes, testing and analyzing releases;
• Analyse (business) requirements and describe pros and cons of solution options, propose new design in line with global design and design principles;
• Cooperate closely with global and local HR teams to understand their needs and pro-actively come up with solutions for improving Workday;
• Develop and give training to global and local HR teams and non-HR teams on how to use the system in case of new features;
• Cooperate with IT colleagues to also include the impact of changes on integrations and downstream systems.

Practical Examples:
• building and improving the Workday system, with a focus on the onboarding journey for employees and managers
• discuss your creative solutions with your team members and determine what is the best solution
• fitting all the puzzle pieces, and improving the release speed together

• Delivering and challenging the team developers and business analysts on all topics related to quality

This Chapter is responsible for implementing the standards for the global HR Solutions way-of-working, data management and Dutch payroll, and other SAAS solutions working with HR teams worldwide. Standards that aim for a world-class, agile professional HR organization that delivers business value through standardization, simplification, and digitalization, increased forecasting capabilities, and proactive handling of services: high tech, high touch.

You and your talent:
• University Degree preferably in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• A quality mindset
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes
• Team player who can work under pressure and set priorities and who sees having fun as part of the job.
• Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams, (scaled) Agile.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Workday configuration experience in the Recruitment and Talent & Performance module and 1 year in one or more additional modules such as HCM core, Absence, (Advanced) Compensation, Learning or Expenses.
• Fluent in English and preferably another foreign language (Portuguese, or Spanish would be very nice) both verbal and written.
